Jim - President & Owner

Jim I am a Colorado Springs native and graduated from high school in Colorado Springs. I also attended Denver Automotive and Diesel College where I received formal training in all aspects of automotive. I graduated at the top of my class in 1982. I then founded Trans Tech Transmissions in 1982 in a two car shop, where I operated and grew the business. As word of mouth spread regarding this small but quality business, I recognized the need to expand, and in 2000, relocated to the current 5,000 square foot facility with 6 bays and a comfortable waiting area for our loyal customers. I have built the business on honesty, integrity and a polite professional work ethic, combined with superior quality workmanship, and valued customer service. Michelle - Owner

Michelle graduated from University of Colorado in 1992 with a BSBA in Information Systems and Accounting. She utilized her information systems experience and degree for several years in the larger corporate world before leaving to assist Trans Tech with its business administration.
